Children’s Day Celebration 2019-20

A special assembly on Children’s Day was conducted on 14th November 2019 in the school auditorium. The students of class I & II conducted the assembly to commemorate the birthday of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the First Prime Minister of India. The Programme started at 10:30am. The children of Class I & II, Kindergarten & Play School performed various events. The Tiny tots of KG were titivated in the costume of Nehru and a few were diligent and prudent enough to deliver speeches on the importance of Children’s Day Celebration. The various events staged made the students understand much about Jawaharlal Nehru who was born on 14th November. He loved children, he used to wear a rose bud in his button hole because he believed that children are as soft as petals of roses and as beautiful as roses. The events held at school helped to scatter around the ideals and perceptions of Nehru. The management of the school expressed contentment and complacency in making the day ever reminiscing and glorious.
